DELIVERY POLICY
From 150€ on ou gases, shipping is free to Spain and Portugal (with exeception of Canary Islands) - 

FREE SHIPPING IS NOT VALID DURING SALES PERIODS OR BLACK FRIDAY.

Spain  and Portugal

           - 12,00€ - Standard Shipping. Deliver in 48/72 hours, from 9:00 until 19:00 (except Balearic Island which would take 72 hours to arrive).

           - 15,00€ - Starting Shipping by morning. Deliver in 48/72 hours, from 9:00 until 15:00 (except Balearic Island which would take 72 hours to arrive). 

           - 21,00€   Canary Islands  Deliver in 3 to 4 working days (9:00 until 19:00) - - we don't take responsibility for extra cost or delivery time due to Customs in this region.

           - FROM 36 EUROS UNTIL 46 EUROS - Urgent Delivery until 13:00 labor day:(except Balearic Island which would take 72 hours to arrive).      

             -  FROM 27 EUROS UNTIL 38 EUROS - Urgent Delivery until 19:00 labor day: (except Balearic Island which would take 72 hours to arrive).
        

We do not deliver to Madeira's or Azores's Island.


Other EU Countries 

            - From 27,00€ to 38,00€* - Deliver in 24/72 hours until 19:00 labor day
            - From 36,00€ to 46,00€* -  Deliver in 24/48 hours until 13:00 labor day.

England and Switzerland

               -From 30,00€ to 42,00€ - Deliver in 48/72 hours until 19:00 labor day

We don't take responsibility for extra cost or delivery time due to customs in those regions.

Andorra - 39,00€ - Deliver in 4 to 5 working days
- we don't take responsibility for extra cost or delivery time due to Customs in this region. 


* Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) are prioritized for same-day shipping.
However, processing time may vary depending on factory availability, as our products are manufactured daily.

* Invisible Fit Extensions can takes 24 hours to be prepared, before shipped.

* Prices valid until 1,9kg to Spain/Portugal and until 0,49kg to the rest of the European Union. 






It is the customers' responsibility to ensure they use the correct delivery address at checkout. All fields must be completed. If the address is entered incorrectly, the customer must take full responsibility for all costs incurred. Please double check all postal information prior to confirming orders. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we cannot change any shipping information.

 

PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is the number one commitment for Lotus Hair Europe. So if you received the requested product and you did not really liked the color, length or thickness, you have 15 days to contact with us and return or exchange the product.
To be able to proceed with the refund or exchange, products must be returned with the original conditions to Lotus Hair Europe warehouse. Lotus Hair Europe product warranty and return police does not extend to the dyeing process made by its consumers, and we will just refund or exchange products that did not suffer any alterations (color, length etc). 
For refund we'll credit your Paypal/credit card or bank account the total amount of your order, minus all shipping included in purchase and return. Refunds take 15 labours days to be completed once returned to our warehouse. Any other customer service detail can be treated at atencionalcliente@lotushaireurope.com
